Cardiovascular symposium to be held in Bloomington

The Minneapolis Heart Institute will be holding a Cardiovascular Evening Symposium this November at the Hilton in Bloomington.

The Cardiovascular Evening Symposium is an event that invites medical professionals to attend discussions informing guests about modern practices in cardiovascular care. Topics will include prevention, management, and treating cardiovascular conditions.

Those attending the presentations will be treated to dinner while listening to the discussions. Guests can arrive early for a cocktail social, while also browsing attending exhibitors. Organizations that hold educational events such as this can use brochure printing to create handouts that attendees can review later.

John Zakaib and Retu Saxena will be giving presentations during the meeting, detailing the innovations for heart rhythm treatments and revealing gender differences concerning heart health. The host for the event will be Bill Katsiyiannis, who is the President and Chairman of Cardiology for the Minneapolis Heart Institute.

The Cardiovascular Evening Symposium will be held on November 5 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The meal and discussions will start at 6:30 pm. There is no admission fee to join the dinner and presentation, though guests must register in advance. Registration for the meeting will close on November 4. The event is for those who are physicians, nurses, or clinical support staff. Attending the symposium can also provide two hours of credits for medical students.
