Bloomington will be host to one of the largest Asian food festivals in the U.S. when Panda Fest Twin Cities comes to Mall of America.
The outdoor food festival includes market fairs, activities, and tastings, showcasing Asian cultural and culinary traditions.
The streets will be filled with panda-themed decor and activities, such as inflatables, DIY painting, dough figurines, face-painted and themed foods.
There will be more than 100 Asian food vendors, more than 300 different Asian street foods to try and dozens of vendors selling merchandise, plenty of which is sure to resemble the black-and-white mammal of the festival’s namesake.
Asian cultural performances and Panda bounce activity are also included in the festivities.
Children under six don’t require a ticket to attend. All other attendees require paid tickets. All tickets come with complimentary gifts. However, VIP tickets, which are more expensive, include even more pieces of complimentary merchandise and access to exclusive areas, including exclusive bathroom access.
The family-friendly event is open to attendees of all ages, and parents are welcome to use strollers.
Even if it rains, Panda Fest will still run regardless of the weather. In addition, no outside food or beverages are allowed at the festival. However, there are plenty of vegetarian and special diet options.
Festivals like this may choose to use banner printing services to create signage.
Panda Fest is happening from July 11-13 at the Mall of America North Lot in Bloomington at 7900 Lindau Ave.
