The 21st annual Milestones Party and Event Planning Expo will be held in Gaithersburg next month. Locals organizing a celebration, including weddings, anniversary parties, baby showers, birthday parties, and bar mitzvahs are invited to attend.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet party supply vendors and service providers at the event, including catering companies, musicians and disc jockeys, photographers, videographers and photo booth suppliers, clothing retailers and tuxedo rental suppliers, invitation and Stationery printers, and representatives from local venues. Participants will have the opportunity to compare products and services, discover ways to save money, and learn about the latest trends for their event.
Innovative Party Planners will also be offering complimentary educational seminars during the expo, including tips on how to find trustworthy and reliable vendors, how to select a venue, realistic planning timelines, and how to create an accurate budget for an event.
Exhibitors are still needed for the exhibition, and may register on the Milestones Party Expo website. Vendors are encouraged to display colorful Signs, show videos, and distribute Promotional Products, Business Cards, and Brochures. Dealers will also be listed in the Milestones Vendor Directory for one full year after exhibiting at the event.
The 2021 Milestones Party and Event Planning Expo will be held on Sunday, August 22 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North hotel, on 620 Perry Parkway in Gaithersburg. A family pass costs $3 for up to four people.
