The famous full-service bar, restaurant, and arcade Dave & Buster's has opened a location in Gaithersburg.
The RIO Washingtonian Center marks the fifth Maryland location. The address is 9811 Washingtonian Boulevard and the facility totals 35,000 square feet. Around 200 jobs are estimated to open in the area as well.
Like other locations, it contains a sports bar, restaurant, and multiple arcade games, including Skee-ball and a virtual reality multiplayer Star Trek game. A diverse range of prizes, such as Xbox consoles and Apple products, are available to win, with tickets won through games.
The chain announced that the menu for the Gaithersburg location of Dave & Buster's has been upgraded. It contains Impossible Burger, a beef substitute that is completely vegan. Chicken and salmon are available, and there are menu items for snacking and sharing purposes like Smashed Bar Burgers and Cantina Nachos.
Starting at 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday, there will be programming for Happy Hour. From Sunday to Thursday, there will be a happy hour for the late-night crowd starting at 10:00 pm. During both happy hours, customers can get domestic pints for $2.50 and cocktails are half the price.
Banner printing is one way companies often announce the grand opening of a new location. That way, customers know the business is operating.
