Owning a business can present many challenges, and the participants in a workshop that will be held near Gaithersburg will be focused on the relationship between them and their employees.
Growth Solutions Team has planned a lunch and learn style event that will explore how instituting a few small changes can make a big difference in the workplace. It will be taking place in The Montgomery Country Club, and many topics will be covered.
The agenda for the occasion includes a discussion of how to get the employer/employee relationship off to a great start by hiring the right future team member for the job at hand. Attendees will be given practical advice about keeping staff members engaged and how to motivate them to give their top performance. Along with this, there will be suggestions for how to encourage employees to buy into the success of the company, and also for holding them accountable within the business.
Individual tickets for the luncheon start at $79 each, and a vegetarian option is available for anyone who requests it. A table for 10 can be reserved for $650. Brochure printing for this type of occasion can be provided by a local printer.
