The Potomac Valley Alumnae Chapter (PVAC) and the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority are inviting the people of Gaithersburg to the Lobster Bake 2022 this summer.
The Lobster Bake is part of the Party With A Purpose initiative. All proceeds from this event will be used to fund the PVAC scholarship program and other public service programs sponsored by PVAC. It will be a fun day packed with many activities that the whole family can enjoy, such as dancing, games, strolling, a raffle, and music from a DJ.
The menu on the day will have a number of seafood options such as lobster, steamed shrimp, and bisque, although other options include kielbasa sausages and pasta salad. Dessert offerings include ice cream and cherry, peach, blueberry, and apple pies.
Tickets are on sale for $125 for adults and over-12s, and $75 for children between the ages of 5 and 11. Tickets must be purchased in advance and registration is required. All tickets need to be bought before July 20th at 11:59 pm, while payments made by check must be postmarked for July 11. More information about events can be shared using flyer printing.
The family fun day is scheduled for Sunday, July 31 at the Smokey Glen Farm Barbequers on Riffle Ford Road in Gaithersburg, and it starts at 2:00 pm.
