Mr. Fowler, the current CEO of Pathalys Pharma, specializes in chronic kidney disease. Before taking on this role, he led Liquidia Corporation's transformation into a public biomedicines firm and co-founded Envisia Therapeutics. Over seven years at Johnson & Johnson, he oversaw Centocor and Ortho-McNeil Neurologics. Earlier, he spent 13 years at Eli Lilly, holding diverse roles, and was a member of the Executive Committee at Sandoz AG for four years.
Mr. DeGolyer has more than 35 years in healthcare as well as corporate leadership. He founded Vertice Pharma and was its director until its 2022 sale. Prior, he was COO at Endo International and served on Sandoz AG's Executive Committee as CEO, leading a biosimilars and generic pharmaceuticals company. He is also on the boards of various charities.
