LogRhythm, a company that deals in security analytics and intelligence, has now been added to the Lockheed Martin Cyber Security Alliance.
Lockheed Martin has its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, just a short distance from Gaithersburg. According to its Vice President, Angie Heise, the Alliance is designed to bring together the experts in cybersecurity who can bring the right technologies and processes to provide customers with solutions to creating mission resilient systems.
Heise adds that sharing best practice among the members of the Alliance ensures that cyber threats can be combatted, and that LogRhythm brings additional skills, tools, and expertise to the Alliance.
Vice President of Americas Sales at LogRhythm, Jon Bickford, commented that the company is looking forward to collaborating with some of the best people in the industry and being able to support customers in both the private and public sectors. He adds that the company brings to the table new defense capabilities for detecting and neutralizing advanced threats.
