ABA practitioner to open location in Devens

What was once the headquarters for Learning Express Toy and Gifts in Devens will soon become the location for Applebury Behavior Associates (ABA), which services individuals on the autism spectrum. ABA also has clinics in Hadley and Leominster.

An affiliate of Learning Express, Toy Building LLC, originally purchased the property in 1887 from the Government Land Bank, paying $505,000 and then renovating the building.

Dr. Carolynda Applebury founded ABA in 2017 with a goal of making a difference in the lives of the children and families who make up its client base. The services and teaching of ABA are offered in community, clinic, or home environments and the focus is to create learning opportunities that are meaningful for children and will enable them to achieve their potential. There is a collaborative relationship between its team of professionals and the families served to address the unique needs of each child.

Instructors at ABA teach courses that provide intellectual challenges and spark curiosity while also supporting children in their treatment. This approach has proved to be successful over the years.

Print shops can lend a hand in providing more details about the services and programs offered by such companies. They can supply a variety of materials ranging from Brochures and Flyers to Booklets and other Promotional Products.
