Devens golfers who want to hit the links for a good cause are in luck next month, as a golfing event has been organized to raise money for children in need.
The 2025 Toys Fore Joy Turkey Shoot, which will be hosted by Red Tail Golf Club, has opened registration to golfers in the Devens area who want to dust off their clubs and enjoy a fun day in the sun while supporting a good cause. The event will use a four-person team scramble format, and participants will play 18 holes of golf with a cart, along with complimentary beer and other beverages. Soups will also be available for hungry players.
Players will also have access to range balls for a proper warmup before the fun gets started. In addition to the registration fees, players will also need to bring an unwrapped gift valued at least $15 to be donated to the event’s annual toy drive. Banner printing is a weatherproof way for event sponsors to generate impressions on golfers and the audience around the golf course at such events. Raffle tickets and mulligans will be available for purchase when registering.
Red Tail Golf Club in Devens will host the toy drive and golf competition, which is scheduled for Saturday, November 15th, at 9:30 AM. Registration costs $88 per golfer online.
