The 20th Annual Canton Road Race is taking place this fall.
Participants can enter the 10k or 5k race. There will also be a shorter fun run for kids aged 10 and younger. Course maps for both the 5K and 10K are available on the race website. Participants are welcome to walk and to bring children in strollers. In most cases, dogs are not permitted on the course, but runners with service dogs should contact the organizers directly. Both races start and end at Trillium Brewing. Post-race festivities, including the awarding of medals, will take place outside the brewery.
Registration is available now and will remain open until the day before the race. The cost is $30 for the 5k and 10k, $25 for students 17 and under, and $10 for the kids’ run. Same-day registration will be available for $35. Participants can pick up their race bibs starting at 8:30 am on race day. Organizations often use Graphic Design Services to create digital Flyers for their events.
Canton Association of Business & Industry is hosting the event. All proceeds will be donated to local organizations. Past recipients have included the Canton Library, the Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children, the Canton Food Pantry, and scholarships for local students.
