The Metro South Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 112th Annual Meeting and B2B Expo this fall.
There are two parts to the event: a luncheon and the expo. The expo will be open from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm and again from 1:45 pm to 3:00 pm, with the luncheon in between. The luncheon will include a speaker, presentation of awards and time for networking. All attendees will also receive gift Bags.
Dr. Erik Noyes, the director of The Generator Interdisciplinary AI Lab at Babson College, will be the featured luncheon speaker. Noyes’ research focuses on entrepreneurship and AI-based innovation in both startups and larger companies. He helped to found The Generator, which is working to train 1000 small business owners in AI skills.
Registration is required for the luncheon, which costs $129 for Chamber members and $159 for guests. The Metro South Chamber’s members include professionals and business owners from Canton and across the region. Walking around the expo space and visiting the tables is free. The fee to host a booth is $499 for members and $599 for non-members. Company representatives often give out Business Cards at this type of event.
The Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 19, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Multipurpose Auditorium at Adult & Teen Challenge in Brockton.
