The Neponset River Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting a food and beverage tasting event in Canton this spring.
Taste of the Neponset River Region will feature samples from local restaurants and beverage vendors, and additional drinks will be available at a cash bar. Event organizers often work with Stationery printers to create Signs for different food stations at tasting events. School of Rock Norwood will perform, and there will be raffles and time for mingling and networking. Participating restaurants include Bibi Cafe and Bakery, David’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, Ice Cream Emergency, Irish Brewing Boston, One Bistro, and Smokehouse BBQ.
Tickets are available on the Chamber’s website for $50 per person. Discounted $25 tickets are available for families of the School of Rock musicians. Space is limited, so those planning to attend should purchase tickets as soon as possible.
Interested businesses can also purchase sponsorship packages on the event page. Sponsorships range from $1,500 to $4,000. Restaurants can sign up as exhibitors on the Chamber’s website through March 26. Participating businesses need to get a temporary food permit from the Canton Board of Health. They are also asked to donate items or gift cards for the raffle.
Taste of the Neponset River Region will take place on Wednesday, April 9 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton.
