3Step Sports, a company that provides services to sports programs for young people, will be leasing and moving to office space at Brickstone Square in Andover.
3Step Sports will occupy the 4th and 9th floors covering 64,000 square feet at 300 Brickstone Square. Such moves often require the hiring of Stationery printers as new Letterheads and other corporate printed materials need to be updated.
Brickstone Square is a campus of four buildings that were build close to 100 years ago and have been extensively renovated. The campus includes a fitness center, a new outdoor patio and courtyard, a bistro, and game room. It is close to Interstates 93 and 495 with direct access to Boston as well as dining, retail, and entertainment in the area.
Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield which represented the landlords in this transaction expressed his thrill in welcoming 3Step Sports as they have signed one of the largest office leases in Andover this year. He added that the company was attracted to the upbeat, lively, and social atmosphere of the complex that is inspired by its high-quality amenities and top-tier tenants.
Kambiz Shahbazi, principal at KS Partners, the landlord, said that Brickstone Square is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and provides a social and productive work environment. Tenants such as 3Step Sports, he added, demonstrate that Brickstone is committed to being at the forefront of innovation.
