Signature Commons in North Andover is currently under construction and on track to open to the public soon.

When finished, Coburn added, the project will provide residents with a vibrant and convenient open-air dining, entertainment, and shopping experiences.
Manager of Forgetta, Bob Bohlen, expressed his pleasure in working with AmConCorp as the company pays attention to detail, is comprehensive in its work, and cost competitive. Bohlen has already referred the company to three other people.
One of the tenants expected to occupy Signature Commons is Bird and Wolf, and American Chop house and craft bar, as well as several other well-known brands so as to become more popular on the North Shore.
