Discounts for yoga classes offered to North Andover employees

Employees of the town of North Andover are currently being offered reduced rates for new summer classes at HOME Yoga, at its two locations in downtown Andover.

The program began at the beginning of the month and runs through Labor Day, September 5. There are 45 classes seven days a week 6:00 am to 8:30 pm, with open enrollment so employees can select those classes that best fit into their schedule. The classes are designed to increase flexibility, burn fat, engage multiple muscle tones, and improve both mental and physical health.

HOME Yoga may have created Brochures with listings of all the classes (include slow flow, yin, hatha, and vinyasa), the fitness capability to which they are best suited, and their times.

The cost of the program is $75 for four weeks of unlimited yoga. The Giving Garden in Andover will receive a portion of the proceeds so that people of all ages can grow fresh, local produce for food pantries in the surrounding communities.

According to the owner of HOME Yoga, Kristin Olson, the goal was to align taking care of one’s body, mind, and soul with the benefits of eating well. The mission of the Giving Garden is similar to that of HOME Yoga in helping one to feel better about oneself, bringing people together, and creating community.
