All Thai’d Up, which closed its Downtown location earlier in 2023, has found a new location that anticipates being operational in mid-July.
The popular Thai food truck will be moving into the popular east Louisville address of 4812 Brownsboro Center. The new brick-and-mortar location was the former home of Gasthaus German Restaurant. Gasthaus closed in May of 2022 after being in business for three decades.
The 2,200-square-foot space will be open six days a week in the same shopping center as Anoosh Bistro and Noosh Nosh, with its owner anticipating its location will generating heavy foot traffic.
Both banner and flyer printing services are frequently employed to promote new restaurants to build excitement, as well as identify and inform the public of the new enterprise.
Owner Aphaivongs says the new location, unlike its earlier one, will not just be serving street food; its Menus will contain more upscale options. The new establishment will also be offering bar items for those wishing to stop by for a drink after work with some casual refreshments, such as All Thai’d Up’s American-style Thai-infused flavored wings. Also on the menu will be spring rolls and unique-to-Thailand dishes, such as whole fish.
The restaurant’s owner explained that the new location already has a good infrastructure and that she hopes to get it up and running quickly, with changes to its décor from Germanic to Thai coming at a more gradual pace.
