The 4 Hands Brewing Company in St. Louis will hold a special event in March where people can support two local animal rescues.
Ales for Tails is a beer festival where people can try samples from local home brewers while helping raise money for local shelters. Attendees will have four hours to taste beers and vote for their three favorite submissions. Guests can enjoy live music entertainment at the venue and can meet with the benefiting animal rescues to learn more about how they can adopt a cat or dog.
The two shelters that will benefit from this fest are the Needy Paws Dog Rescue and the Tenth Life Cat Rescue. The Needy Paws Dog Rescue is a donation-based organization that saves strays and dogs of all breeds from high-kill shelters. The Tenth Life Cat Rescue is a group that takes in cats, gives them veterinary care, and works to end unnecessary euthanasia. Both of the rescue organizations are based in St. Louis, Missouri.
The beer festival will be on Sunday, March 8th from noon to 4:00 pm. General admission will cost $35 per ticket, though non-drinkers can pay $5 to enter the event. Only guests who are 21 and older may register for and attend the festival. Brewing companies that hold fests that support local organizations like this may use brochure printing to create take-home packets of information about the groups.
