Louisvilles east end to gain new Brazilian steakhouse

Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse is scheduled to open at a site previously occupied by a car lot on the east side of Louisville.

The current owners and operators of Benfinita Modern Italian and Brazeiros Authentic Brazilian Steakhouse, Brazilians Vilmar and Renata Zenzen will be opening the new Steakhouse in the fall at 2103 S. Hurstbourne Parkway. Brazeiros was launched by the Zenzens in Knoxville, Tennessee with a second location opening in Louisville over 10 years ago at Fourth Street Live!.

Local printing services offer a wide assortment of Print products and working closely with them is advisable for the successful launch of a new restaurant as well as its continual operations.

The original Gaucho Urbano opened in 2018 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where is became known for offering an authentic rodízio-style dining experience that included a rotating, all-you-can-eat buffet with servers serving meat directly to diners.

Louisville Business First received the following statement from Renata and Vilmar Zenzen:

"We’re excited to bring Gaucho Urbano to this incredible city. Louisville has such a rich food culture, and we can’t wait to keep sharing our passion for Brazilian cuisine with the community here."

Among the features Louisville’s Gaucho Urbano will offer are a bar with the iconic Brazilian caipirinha cocktail, along with an assortment of other handcrafted cocktails, as well as a curated wine list containing over 150 labels, and some of Kentucky’s finest bourbons. Private dining rooms will also be available.
