Radial, in preparation for the upcoming holiday shopping season, is looking to hire several thousand seasonal employees.
A Louisville company of 23 years, the e-commerce solutions business Radial operates two fulfillment centers in the state. On of these warehouses, which are where the company’s products are packed and shipped, is here in Louisville while the other is in Shepherdsville. At present, in the Louisville area Radial has 1,400 full-time employees.
“Help wanted,” “For sale,” and “Vacancy” are just a few examples of the Signs Print shops can supply.
The company is looking to add about 3,000 seasonal employees at up to $17.00 per hour, which according to the Louisville site director, John Catanzarito, is comparable to the wages for seasonal employees in 2021. Most of those additional employees will be hired for full time with the opportunity for overtime.
Radial’s seasonal employees will be tasked with picking, packing, and shipping orders for a variety of businesses.
Most of the seasonal employees will be employed from November until the holiday peak season is over. The company aims to have all their seasonal help hired no later than the first week of December. According to Catanzarito, once the holiday season is over there is a possibility of some seasonal help being offered full-time, permanent employment. Radial is wishing to fill 12 full-time positions in Louisville.
A three-day hiring event for seasonal employees will be held November 1 to 3 at 7700 Tradeport Drive, Louisville from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
