The Omaha-based Scooter’s will open the first location in October at 4703 Dixie Highway. According to a Scooter’s press release, franchisee Jamie Stapleton said:
“We are extremely anxious to bring Scooter's Coffee to the city of Louisville. Having worked with Scooter’s this past year to bring this to fruition, we are certain the people here will love the brand’s commitment to coffee and the amazing culture of the customer experience."
After the opening of the first Scooter’s here, another two will follow with one being on Dixie Highway and the other on Shelbyville Road. All five locations are slated to be operational by Spring 2022 and will be owned and operated by Joshua Johnston and Stapleton.
Print shops are a source of both Menus used inside restaurants, as well as to-go Menus.
The coffee chain is a drive-thru concept that has been around for over 20 years. Found in 21 states, the chain has more than 300 locations.
Construction plans reveal the new coffee shop to be smaller than the size of a typical coffee shop with the emphasis being on quick coffee to go. Menu items, such as single-origin coffee, specialty espresso drinks, Red Bull Infusions, cold brew, fruit smoothies, pastries, and other morning favorites.
