Big Bad Breakfast going for seconds in Louisville

Big Bad Breakfast (BBB) is wasting no time in making a grab for increased market share; after only being in Louisville for a few months the business has already began to make plans for another location here.

A press release from BBB announced that its second location in the city will open this summer in the location previously occupied by Corbett’s: An American Place at Brownsboro Crossing. The CEO and founder of BBB’s parent company Endeavor Restaurant Group said in the release:

"When this location became available, which was originally the old Von Allman Dairy Farmhouse, we knew that we could not pass it up. It will be a lot of fun to operate a breakfast/lunch concept out of an old farmhouse which also happens to be on the National Historic Register."

Often new eateries choose to announce their opening with the assistance of a flyer printing service.

The Big Bad Breakfast chain launched in 2008. Its foray into Louisville opened on Barret Avenue where the former Lynn’s Paradise Café was located between Germantown and the Highlands. The chain has expanded to other sites throughout the southern region.

Louisville’s second location will be at 5050 Norton Healthcare Blvd and will be open for breakfast and lunch every day 7 am to 2:30 pm. So far there has been no opening date announcement.
