Waterfront Wednesday at the Big Four Bridge
On Wednesday, April 25th, 2012 WRPK 91.9 and the Waterfront Development Corporation, with additional assistance and support of “Friends of the Waterfront” will be presenting Waterfront Wednesday at the “Big Four Lawn” located a little bit west of the “Big Four Bridge”. The gates will open for this event at 5pm and a map is available to outlining the various parking locations. There will be a refreshment tent available on the event grounds.
There are several bands slated to appear at this event and no alcohol will be permitted from outside the event grounds, so this means no coolers, no glass, and no pets will be allowed in the event area. Some of the performers appearing at this event include JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound, Sugar + the Hi-lows, and The Tunesmiths. All of these groups, plus the many additional groups that will be joining them onstage present their own unique sounds to this outstanding performing arts concert. Guest will enjoy the outdoor venue with its unique acoustical sounds. There will be rhythm and soul, rock n’ roll, r & b, and a whole bunch of make you feel good music.

This is a no charge event, although guests are asked to bring lawn chairs, jackets, and blankets for their own comfort during the evening, as nights can be cool.
