Once gain Louisville Mega Cavern in conjunction with 5/3rd Bank is hosting Lights Under Louisville, a drive through event featuring seven million holiday lights in themed displays.
Open throughout December and into January, this event has become a holiday tradition and as the world’s only underground Christmas light display. Several drive-through options are available; attendees can drive their own car, charter a larger vehicle or it is possible to book a formal tour. Pricing for the various options can be found online where available visit dates are listed, and tickets can be purchased.

More than 100 acres of subterranean space makes up Louisville Mega Cavern, which was at one time a working limestone mine. For the Christmas holiday season, around seven million lights spread out among more than 900 light and laser displays greet guests as they drive or are driven through the caves to the sound of Christmas music.
Standard passes for Lights Under Louisville begin at $42.99 per vehicle. Also available are Christmas Express tickets where for $21.99 per person an open-top vehicle takes you on a 30-minute guided tour as well as Priority Passes for Standard Vehicles for $89.99 that allow your vehicle to skip the line. Larger vehicle prices are available as well.
