Louisville is set to get its first New Freezeland location, an India-based sandwich shop, which will open next door to Sleep Outfitters in the TaylorHurst Shopping Center on Hurstbourne Parkway.
The sandwich shop was founded in 1983 by Mr. Rolesh Shah in Gujarat, India near GLS College. From that first small shop, the concept over 40 plus years has grown into a successful chain with locations in three countries. According to its website, New Freezeland serves an eclectic mix of foods at its locations in India and Canada and at its first location in the United States, Schaumburg, Illinois, which is also the location of its U.S. headquarters.
Local printers are a great resource for new eateries, even those that are part of a chain can benefit from banner printing services for grand openings and flyer printing to promote sales and distribute coupons.
Their menu includes grilled sandwiches, burgers, clubs, wraps, bhakhri pizza, fries, nachos, muska bun, chaat and pasta dishes as well as Indo Chinese dishes, Bombay tawa and garlic bread. Among the drinks served at the sandwich shop are mojitos, Indian coffee and milkshakes.
Extensive renovations are taking place at the future New Freezeland location with an anticipated price tag running up to $125,000. While no official opening date has been released it appears most likely that the shop will open in early December.
