The 552 E. Market Street location will place the city’s new Italian eatery just down the street from Garage Bar and in the vicinity of several actual parking garages, making its name particular apt. The company’s website says it goal is to:
"...provide on-the-go people with fast, casual dining, without sacrificing quality."

Owners Lesme Romero and Reinaldo Gonzalez came up with concept of Pasta Garage as well as the concept it sprung from, Lexington Pasta. The duo’s Lexington Pasta, which according to their website was founded in 2009, produces fresh, hand-made pastas locally and sells them to area restaurants. Additionally, they also supply Whole Foods, Kroger and The Fresh Market locations throughout the state.
As of yet, there has been no announced opening date for the Louisville Pasta Garage.
