What's Happening in Louisville, KY…

Downtown Louisville to welcome new comedy club

The former Impellizzeri’s at 110 W Main Street is in the process of being converted into the Louisville Comedy Club.

The club will accommodate 275 guests, with ticket prices varying depending on the comedian being highlighted. A bar at the front of the building will serve food and drinks to all regardless of whether or not they will be attending a show.

Banner printing services can be extremely helpful in getting a new establishment off the ground.

According to Adam Norwest, one of the Louisville Comedy Club partners:

"We have David Koechner who was on The Office. He was Todd Packer and played Champ in Anchorman. The whole calendar is really good and diverse, and if you like dirty comedy or clean or political or cerebral or slapstick, like there's going to be something in there for everyone."

The inaugural show is scheduled for March 10 and will feature Tony Baker. Shows run Thursdays through Saturdays with a single set on Thursdays at 7:30 and two sets, at 7:30 and 10:30, scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets for the Tony Baker shows start at $25.

The following weeks will feature Bryan Callen, Mark Normand, and James “Murr” Murray consecutively.

Owners of the Louisville Comedy Club also operate comedy clubs in Washington state, Oklahoma, Indiana, and Wisconsin, which make it possible for them to pull in well-known comedians.

Although management recommends that masks be worn by patrons, they will not be mandatory.
