Music festival to come to Oakbrook Terrace area

The Rotary GroveFest for 2026 will be coming to downtown Downers Grove next month. Residents of nearby Oakbrook Terrace might be interested in this summer festival.

The Rotary GroveFest will feature four nights of live music from local bands and carnival rides. The carnival rides will open for early access on the first day of the festival. Unlimited rides are available with the purchase of a wristband.

The last day of the festival will feature a Festival of Cars from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event invites people from Downers Grove and neighboring communities to participate and drive their cars around the Main Street Metra station.

On the first night of the festival, Grungeworthy will perform at 6:15 p.m. with the Blooze Brothers following at 8:30 p.m. On the second night there will be three performers—Reckless at 5:00 p.m., Valius at 7:15 p.m., and Modern Day Romeos at 9:30 p.m. American English will perform at 5:00 p.m., Whiskey Road at 7:15 p.m., and 7th Heaven at 9:30 p.m. on the third night of the festival. The festival will close with Fearless at 5:45 p.m. and Rod Tuffcurls and the Bench Press at 8:00 p.m.

Such summer events can be promoted throughout a town and neighboring communities with poster printing.

GroveFest will run from Thursday June 25 through Sunday June 28.
