Commercial real estate firm to move to Oakbrook Terrace

A new long-term lease has been signed by Lee & Associates of Illinois for One Lincoln Center in Oakbrook Terrace. The building is on Butterfield Road.

This marks the first transition of Lee & Associates out of the Rosemont area since the company was founded in 2002. Stationery printers are often called upon when such moves occur, as new Letterheads, Business Cards, and other corporate materials will need to be reprinted.

One Lincoln Center was built in 1986. It spans 318,000 square feet and is considered a landmark property in neighboring Chicago. Many hotels and retail establishments surround it, and it has easy access to the highway.

Lee & Associates will be occupying the 14th floor. This space features views of the city and has a southern exposure. The move will enable the company to grow and accommodate the 60 employees it has across its Lee Asset Management and Brokerage division.

Since Lee & Associates was founded over 20 years ago, the firm has been able to focus on its broker-forward compensation and entrepreneurial culture to attract and retain talented professionals and enjoy a steady growth in its share of the market.

The company is expected to move in the third quarter of 2026. It will remain in its current space on W. Bryn Mawr Avenue until its relocation next year.
