Joliet to end August with family fun day

Joliet kids will be the ones to benefit from a day of outdoor activities planned for the community, with plenty of fun on tap.

Mammo Strong, Inc., which is a registered not-for-profit charity that was set up to honor the memory of Mathew Mammosser, will be the beneficiary of the 9th annual Mammo-Palooza celebration. It will be held in St. Joseph Park, and at least three different bands are on the entertainment line-up for the day.

Along with the music, the occasion will boast a beer tent as well as an extensive food vendor area. Everyone can enjoy the cornhole tournament and other games, and a silent auction and raffles will take place. It will be a relaxed and friendly affair that welcomes one and all, and the fun will be up and running for seven hours.

When choosing how to market an occasion, a poster printing company will have a number of benefits on offer. It will be able to use wide format Print techniques to prepare Posters, Banners and other oversized materials, incorporating a Logo Design or other graphics at its customers’ request.

The Mammo-Palooza fundraiser will be hitting St. Joseph Park on Saturday, August 27. It will kick off at 2:00 pm, and the first band will take to the stage at 2:15 pm.
