Joliet summer soire to benefit youth programs

Community members, business leaders, and supporters of youth education are expected to gather in Joliet this August for the Summer Soirée: Live Under the Stars.

The fundraising event will benefit the After the Peanut Foundation. It will take place at the historic Jacob Henry Mansion and feature an outdoor concert by Chicago Blues Hall of Fame and Grammy Award winner inductee Sheryl Youngblood. Their performance will blend blues and soul in an open-air setting.

Guests will also have access to an upscale casino-style experience inside the mansion, where professionally managed gaming tables and prize opportunities will be available. Additional attractions include culinary stations, food trucks, open bars, DJ entertainment, dancing, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Casino chips will be provided upon entry, with more chips available through charitable donations during the evening. Organizers encourage cocktail-chic attire, and complimentary parking will be available near the venue.

The Individual Ticket costs $135.23. This package includes entry for a single guest, open bar access, food offerings, live entertainment, casino activities, and dancing. The VIP Table Experience is $1,068.91, providing reserved seating for eight guests along with premium event accommodation.

Event organizers often use brochure printing to provide guests with event agendas, sponsor information, and charitable initiatives.

The Summer Soirée: Live Under the Stars will be held on Saturday, August 8, from 6 PM to 10:00 PM, at 20 South Eastern Ave, Joliet, Illinois. Doors open at 5:45 p.m.
