Joliet prepares to enjoy summer music series

Joliet live music fans are set to be treated to a performance-filled summer, as the Summer Rooftop Series is set to return for its 13th year.

These local musical experiences will take place at the Joliet Area Historical Museum, which will be using its outdoor rooftop terrace as a venue for the occasion. Covid prevention guidelines will be followed, and everyone is asked to wear a face mask whenever they are not seated.

Tickets for the performances are $10 for the general public, and a discounted rate is on offer for museum members. A full bar service will be available for the enjoyment of the guests, and food trucks will be on site as well. Parking is free, and the schedule of performances is running from May until September. As only a limited number of passes are being sold, anyone who is interested is advised to purchase well in advance.

Hosting musical evenings like this gives an institution a way to serve the local community. Poster printing and other services supplied by Print companies provide an easy way to promote the function throughout the area.

The schedule of rooftop performances on offer at the Joliet Area Historical Museum includes eight shows, with dates set for June 15 (next Tuesday), July 15, and July 30, as well as ones in August and September. More details have been added to the museum’s website.
