ABBA tribute performance comes to Joliet

This January residents of Joliet will be treated to a live celebration titled “Mania: The ABBA Tribute.”

This tribute show, which has toured worldwide with over 3,000 live performances across 35 countries, recreates the essence of ABBA’s music, including songs such as “Dancing Queen,” “Waterloo,” “Mamma Mia,” and “Take a Chance on Me.” The tour highlights include a month-long run in London’s Shaftesbury Theatre in 2021 and an 80-show sell-out across the U.S. from 2022 to 2023. With a dynamic group of musicians, costumes, and choreography reflective of the ‘70s disco era, *Mania* brings ABBA’s music promises to be entertaining for both new and longtime fans alike.

Tickets are currently on sale and cost between $24 and $148. Ticket prices vary depending on the chosen seating location. The event includes an eight-ticket-per-person purchase limit.
