This July, Evanston will see an event roll in that will give local gearheads lots to talk about.
On the morning of its scheduled date, participants in the Evanston Cars and Coffee meet up will be showing off their various vehicles to the public. It will be on offer on Sherman Avenue between Clark and Church streets in the community's downtown.
The owners can show off their pride and joy, answering questions from those who stop by. Performance cars, muscle cars, rare exotics, unique daily drivers, and other vehicles will all be in the mix, and to add an extra touch of fun, the public can purchase tickets to use to cast their vote for the "Best in Show” prize. The winner will receive an Evanston E-Gift Card valued at $150 supplied courtesy of Downtown Evanston merchants. The charity of choice for the morning is the Evanston Public Library.
During the gathering, Outside Coffee will have both hot and iced java options available for purchase. Organizers of vehicle show and shines and other car shows can secure bespoke dash plaques and other custom Promotional Products from local companies that offer in-house Graphic Design Services.
Sunday, July 19 will see this gathering for gearheads roll into Evanston. It will be open starting at 9:30 am, and will be repeated on August 16 and September 20.
