Evanston’s Central Street will be rolling out the orange and black welcome mat for area individuals and families, while also introducing them to a wide variety of its shops and services.
The plans for the day include the fun of dressing up in Halloween costumes to go trick or treating, and many businesses along the street will be taking part.
The festivities will open with making crafts and preparing a custom trick or treat bag at the Evanston Art Center from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Once their bag is ready, participants can go from business to business collecting Promotional Products and other treats as they go. After this, they can head to The Fat Shallot, located at 2902 Central Street, for a costume party. This will start at 2:00 pm.
Members of a city’s business community may choose to participate in themed events, which can help them to give back while introducing themselves to a new potential customer base. Window clings or stickers prepared by a printing services company can be hung in a venue’s door or window to indicate their participation in a particular activity.
