Evanston’s little ghosts and goblins will be treated to some early Halloween fun, and the activity is being hosted thanks to the support from its downtown merchants.
The city’s Downtown will be offering its Trick or Treat Stroll, and there will be fun and excitement to be had. It will run for two hours, and everyone can go at their own pace.
The families that participate can stop by the businesses that display a “trick or treat” poster in their storefront, as they will be welcoming the kids who come shelling out. They will be distributing candy, Promotional Products, and other goodies, and official maps will be provided to the attendees at Fountain Square. There will be fall-themed photo ops, and costumes are encouraged.
Several local companies have gone the extra mile and signed up to serve as sponsors for the afternoon. They will have booths set up in Fountain Square, and everyone can drop by and show them some love, learning more about their products and services. An opportunity to win an Evanston e-gift card will be on offer as part of its social media marketing campaign, and the winner will be chosen by a raffle draw.
