Sound bath experience to provide rejuvenation in Edwardsville

A holistic healing experience is coming up in Edwardsville this autumn, with a certified sound healer leading participants through a sound bath session.

The Sound Bath with Dr. MaKesha Harris Lee has announced that online registration is open to interested individuals who would like to take their mental wellness and healing journey to a new level. The experience, which is being organized with help from The Center for Spirituality and Sustainability, will feature Himalayan singing bowls, crystals, gongs, and charms, which will create various soundwaves to promote relaxation and healing.

Dr. Harris Lee, who is the founder of Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness, has spent several years working as a Sacred Rest Coach and Certified Sound Healing Facilitator. The session is expected to run for 75 minutes, with participants taking part in breathwork, live sound, and guided rest. Informative documents, like those produced through brochure printing, can provide individuals who are on the fence with the information necessary to choose to attend such events.

No experience is necessary to sign up. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a pillow for comfort, and a water bottle.

The sound bath experience will be held on Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville’s campus on Saturday, November 7 at 11:00 am. Interested individuals can reserve tickets online for $30 per person.
