Peter Gros to get a warm Edwardsville welcome
Peter Gros, a renowned wildlife specialist, will be appearing live at the Wildey Theatre with many of his wildlife friends this weekend.
This is a great opportunity for families to come out and learn about wild animals in a controlled setting. Gros is known to be entertaining and children will no doubt love watching the wild animals, while learning in the process. Poster printing was most likely used as the method to promote this educational event to members in this community and the surrounding regions.
During this show, people will have the opportunity to view wild animals while learning about how important it is to care for the world and the habitats in which creatures live.
Gros has been involved with studies of endangered tigers and rhinos in Nepal’s Chitwan National Forest, and has acted as an American representative for the program ‘Citizen Ambassador’. Having appeared on television shows like Jay Leno’s ‘The Tonight Show’, ‘Live with Regis and Kelly’, and ‘The CBS Early Show’, Gros has taught people some interesting facts about the diverse world of animals. He is a key member of the Zoological Association of America and the American Zoos and Aquariums Association.
Admission ranges between $30 and $40 per person depending on seating selected. Peter Gros will be appearing this Saturday, March 23, at 3:00 pm and at 6:00 pm at the Wildey Theatre located at 252 North Main Street in Edwardsville, Illinois.
