Pop-up date night for Crystal Lake couples
A self-guided couple’s event is set to be held in Crystal Lake this November.
The event is the ‘Pop-Up Picnic’. It aims to provide a space for romantic partners to reconnect meaningfully. The event is a fully immersive experience and will use technology to spearhead the evening. Patrons are welcome to choose a date and time that is suitable for their needs. The evening will present a series of activities for participants to follow. It will encourage fostering trust among partners as they work to solve each puzzle in the allotted time.
The organizers of the event suggest that its participants come with an active mobile connection and their cell phones. All hints will be presented in a digital format. Additional activities and apps include a digital love jar, a couples’ games app, and an optional couples’ vision board. Guests will tour each location along a specified trail to hunt for clues.
