A traveling literary event centered on romance fiction will make its Idaho debut this spring, bringing independent authors, vendors, and readers together in a brewery setting.
Organized by The Vibrant Book Club, the Smuttastic Book Fair is designed to highlight romance titles ranging from light-hearted stories to more mature themes, alongside themed merchandise and reader-focused products.
More than 30 exhibitors, including writers and small businesses, are expected to participate. Attendees will have opportunities to browse Books, purchase specialty items, and connect with others who share similar reading interests. While the gathering is open to all ages, organizers note that much of the content is intended for adult audiences, and supervision is required for minors due to both the material and the venue environment.
To manage attendance, entry will be scheduled in designated time blocks, allowing visitors to shop within selected windows, thereby reducing congestion. A limited VIP option is available at $58.51, which includes fees and taxes, and provides access to an exclusive tote filled with themed items. General admission is offered at no cost, though advance registration is required to secure a timeslot.
Food and beverages will be available on site, with drinks provided by the host brewery. Parking capacity is limited, and alternative transportation is encouraged. Organizers often use poster printing to increase local awareness and attendance for events like this one.
