Nampa craft event puts chocolate front and center
The annual Craft & Chocolate Affaire will return this November, offering holiday shoppers a wide selection of handcrafted and commercial goods. Hosted at the Nampa Civic Center, the two-day showcase will highlight artisans and vendors.
While chocolate remains a featured theme, participation is not limited to confectioners. The event welcomes makers of home décor, pottery, textiles, woodwork, paintings, personal care products, jewelry, and other creative or commercial offerings. This year’s theme, White Christmas, will guide the seasonal décor throughout the venue.
Vendor pricing is based on booth type and location. Non-commercial spaces begin at $115 for an 8x6 hallway booth, $125 for an aisle booth, and $135 along walls. Commercial spaces are available at $130 for a hallway booth, $170 for an aisle booth, and $180 on walls. Double-sized options range from $230 to $270 for non-commercial sellers and $260 to $360 for commercial vendors. Add-ons include tables ($8–10), chairs ($5), black linen with skirting ($15), and power access ($10). Applications must be approved, and booth changes depend on availability.
Organizers may encourage poster and flyer printing for community distribution, as this may help vendors and sponsors boost visibility and audience engagement.
The Craft & Chocolate Affaire takes place Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8 at the Nampa Civic Center, 311 3rd Street South, Nampa.
