Nampa to hold horse expo

The Ford Idaho Horse Park in Nampa will host the 37th Annual Idaho Horse Expo in April.

The Idaho Horse Expo is an experience for horse lovers and handlers where people can learn about various horse breeds while watching professional demonstrations. The event will also have more than 100 vendors for guests to visit and will hold a Blue Ribbon Private Treaty Horse Sale. Expo visitors can also attend the Miss Rodeo Idaho and Royalty Fashion Show.

The trade show will feature seminars led by Jacquelynn Holly, Alayne Blickle, and Matt Livengood on topics like horse pasture management and caring for leather. There will also be several demonstrations at the convention that teach viewers about subjects such as packing and the differences between mules and donkeys. The featured clinicians at the expo will be Ty Evans and Evan Bonner.

There will be sponsorship opportunities at the horse convention that range between $1,000 and $7,500. The benefits of sponsoring the expo include being included in the show’s programs, receiving a vendor space, and having camera-ready logos featured on the event’s printed ads. Those in charge of trade shows like this may utilize corporate gifts to thank the organizations that sponsor their events.

The expo will be from Friday, April 7 to Sunday, April 9. Tickets to the show can be purchased for $15 per person. Parking is free for the event, and guests 12 and under will receive no-cost admission to the expo.
