Nampa community center to host senior fair
The Nampa Civic Center will hold a fair and wellness expo presented by the Oak View Group for seniors in October.
The Senior Fair is a program where elderly individuals can interact with local vendors and ask questions about their services. The theme for this year’s fair is Hawaiian. The program will cover many topics, including assisted living services, future planning, and traveling. There will also be several activities at the fair, including a group fitness class led by Amanda Wheeler and a performance from Irish Dance Idaho. The Idaho Law Group will even give a class on elder law during the event.
There will be several sponsorship and vendor packages available for the program that help businesses improve their visibility at the fair. Sponsorships for the Senior Fair range from $1,000 to $5,000 and will include benefits like having company logos posted on posters at the fair and being verbally mentioned during event announcements. The cost of a vendor space starts at $180, though this price is only available to nonprofit groups and individual sellers.
