Each year, Hailey kicks off summer with its Fourth of July festivities, and this celebration will soon return for another year.
The city’s 4th of July parade will mark the nation's 250th birthday with an Old West theme. There will be other fun on offer as well, and everyone is on the guestlist.
The plans for the day include the Hailey Antique Fair, which will be running all day at Roberta McKercher Park. The Sawtooth Rangers 4th of July Rodeo will also be open, and at noon, the Hailey Days of the Old West Parade will begin. Riverfest will bring even more fun at Hop Porter Park, and at dusk, the day will wrap up with a fireworks display, which is being presented by the city’s Chamber of Commerce.
Communities all over the USA will be celebrating July 4 with their own special activities.
