A fall day can be ideal for curling up with a good book, and a Hailey fundraiser will delight local readers with a chance to add some new titles to their collection.
For almost four decades, the Friends of the Hailey Public Library have run a bake and book sale, which provides a chance to stock up on reading material as well as treats for the upcoming holiday season. It will be running for three days in October.
The activity will take place in the Hailey Town Square West Building across from the library on West Croy Street in Hailey. The popular Bag Sale will be back, and an assortment of cookies, squares, cakes, and other goodies may be purchased as well. Both hard cover and paperback titles will be available, along with Books on Tape and DVDs.
To help make the function a success, the organizers will be running a donation drop-off at the Library on October 17 and 18. A poster printing company can supply effective marketing materials that may help to build public anticipation for such an upcoming event.
This chance to help support a Hailey community hub while stocking up on books and baked goods will be open on October 22, 23, and 24, starting at 9:00 am each morning.
