Hailey Library hosts time for teens

The Hailey Public library serves as a hub for community activities, and local teens are welcome to be part of a gathering that will help to store their keepsake items from 2025.

The venue hosts weekly Imagination Nation events for the area’s teens, and it will be wrapping up December with an hour of crafting. The materials needed for the project will be supplied, and it will take place in the Library’s Teen Room.

The facilitator for the session will teach how to prepare custom memory Boxes, and the participants can use them to encapsulate the past year and the events, people and places that are important to them. While they do, they can socialize and sample the snacks that will be provided, and the activity will be the final instalment of the program for this year.

Libraries, community centers and other venues that host activities and provide space for special events often turn to poster printing companies to supply them with any marketing materials they need. They will have a variety of options on offer, and many can be budget friendly, even if it's tight.

This Memory Boxes session of the Imagine Nation teen program is scheduled for Tuesday, December 30th. It will begin at 4;00 pm, and end at 5:00 pm. More information and a list of the other teen activities offered at the Hailey Public Library can be found on its website.
