Frozen treat company relocates to Davenport

An industrial lease in Davenport has been completed by JLL.

Electro Freeze will occupy 301,320 square feet and relocate from East Moline to the new Russell Industrial Park, which spans 95 acres. Stationery printers are often called upon when such moves take place as Letterheads, Business Cards, and other corporate materials need to be printed.

Electro Freeze is a leader around the world in the innovation and manufacturing of frozen treats. This move is considered one of the most significant industrial commitments in the region in recent years.

The new location is on N. Zenith Street and is the fourth of six buildings to be fully occupied. The park is centrally located and offers the ability to expand access and operations to major transportation routes. The six buildings cover close to 1.5 billion square feet. Just over 500,000 square feet are available for occupancy in the two buildings that remain. Electro Freeze plans to add over 200 jobs as part of this move.

Russell Industrial Park stands out as one of the leading industrial destinations in the region, delivering modern build-to-suit and speculative facilities tailored to the needs of today’s manufacturers.

The park is strategically positioned near both Quad City International Airport and Davenport Municipal Airport and offers seamless access to river barge transport, interstates, and major distribution networks. It is also conveniently located within a few hours’ drive of Chicago, Des Moines, St. Louis, and Iowa City.
