Troop 370 organizes merit badge clinic

Boy Scout Troop 370 has announced its semi-annual merit badge clinic, extending an invitation to Scouts interested in participating.

Detailed information regarding the cost of each merit badge, additional supply fees, and inclusive lunch options is provided during the registration process.

Clear expectations are outlined for participating Scouts. A focus on cleanliness and reverence is stressed, with a request to respect the property of the hosting venue. Uniform requirements include the wearing of Class A uniforms, with Scouts encouraged to don their merit badge sashes. Scouts must read the Merit Badge Pamphlet, complete prerequisites, and bring necessary materials as instructed by counselors.

Registrations made before the specified date are eligible for potential refunds, although third-party booking fees may not be refunded. Merit badge classes are subject to changes contingent upon attendance and the availability of merit badge counselors.

For Scouts not affiliated with Troop 370, it is mandatory to bring a signed Blue Card from their Scoutmaster. Prior to leaving the class, Scouts are reminded to confirm their attendance and secure the merit badge counselor's signature on their blue card. Printing services can be used to create class cards and badges.

The registration period remains open until February 8. The event will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 4400 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, a few miles south of Sandy Springs.
