As a new year begins, Sandy Springs dads and daughters will be hitting the dance floor when they take part in an event that will celebrate the connection between the fathers and their little girls.
The 15th annual Daddy Dance is on the way for the community, and it has proven to be so popular in the past that there are two dates to choose from. Each ticket admits one daddy daughter duo, and additional tickets may be purchased for siblings as well.
The guests at the soiree will be showing off their best dance moves to music provided by a live DJ, and a variety of genres will be playing. Snacks and other light refreshments will be on the menu, and musical games have been included as well. Keepsake photos will be taken, and the suggested dress for the occasions business casual to semi-formal. It's been planned for girls from kindergarten up to grade five.
A special event may call for custom decor prepared just for the occasion. A banner printing company will be happy to help, and can offer both single use and reusable styles of decorative materials.
The dates for the Sandy Springs Daddy Daughter Dances for 2025 will be January 25th and January 31st. They will both take place on the third floor of Sandy Springs City Hall. Tickets start at $40.00.
