City Hall complex tenants announced

A new mixed-use development in Sandy Springs will be the home of City Hall, as well as a number of retail establishments.

The development sits on a 14-acre site, and along with City Hall, will be home to a center for the performing arts with seats for 1,000, and a separate venue, the Byers Theatre, with seating for 350. Aston City Springs, an apartment building, is also on site and is open now. The development includes a park comprising four acres.

At a recent event, Rusty Paul, the mayor of Sandy Springs, announced the names of the tenants who will be opening stores in the new center in the coming months. While the City Hall itself will open in May, retailers will not move in until early summer. The new tenants include four restaurants.

The four are the Café Vendôme, Flower Child, Nam Kitchen, and The Select. Café Vendôme makes traditional French breads and pastries by hand, and also offers quiches, coffee, and sandwiches. Flower Child specializes in dishes focused on grains, veggies, healthy proteins and fruits. Nam Kitchen will serve authentic Vietnamese dishes, and The Select will serve comfort food with a contemporary twist.

The three other tenants are all focused on health and nutrition. Turn Studio is a fitness center; SculptHouse offers low-impact, core-sculpting, high-intensity workouts; and Vida-Flo provides rehydration treatments.

Tenants in projects like this might consider distributing Promotional Products to their first customers to help build brand awareness.
